Orders from within the United Kingdom usually take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive. However in the rare instance of an item being temporarily out of stock please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. Stephen Ward Art will notify you via email if any item is temporarily out of stock. The cost of delivery for orders within the United Kingdom is included in the purchase price of each item so that there is no further delivery/shipping costs added to the price you see advertised on the site.

We ship from the United Kingdom. The estimated arrival time for orders is 12 - 15 days from the moment of shipping. Possible delays are beyond our control. While shipping and packaging is included in the price for all UK orders, orders from overseas are liable to an additional charge to cover the cost of shipping. In the first instance customers from outside of the UK should contact Stephen Ward Art via email using the contact form. All enquiries will be answered within 24 hours.



All priced advertised include the cost of packaging and UK delivery. For delivery outside of the UK, please contact Stephen Ward Art via email. We will advise customers of the additional delivery  charge payable in this instance for non UK delivery. Product prices are liable to change at any time as decided by Stephen Ward Art but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent out a dispatch confirmation.



Online transactions are made through PayPal. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.



Customers may cancel an order at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy. To cancel your order you must inform us in writing via email. You must return the product(s) to us straight away, in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging  at your own cost and risk. For your own protection, we recommend you send the package using a secure and traceable method. If you return a product to us because you have cancelled the order within the 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and , in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of the cancellation. In this case we will refund the price of the product in full together with any applicable delivery charges (applies to orders from outside of the UK). However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless you consider that the product is defective. If you consider that the product is defective we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. In this instance we will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.



Stephen Ward Art ascribes the utmost importance to customer's privacy. We never disclose buyer's information to third parties either by sharing or selling data. Customer's information is securely held and used only for the specific purpose intended for example the purchase of an item(s) from the 'Shop' area of the site. In cases where we may wish to make use of personal information for another purpose for example to send out information with regard to new products which we feel may be of interest we would always seek permission before doing so. Stephen Ward Art will only request adequate personal information (eg name, delivery address etc) necessary for the efficient processing of an order.
